Should I prepare my lawn before aeration day?Yes, Mark all sprinkler heads with flags or stakes. Water 48hrs before service, but do NOT water within 24hrs or less from service day. Cut lawn 1-2 levels lower than normal, but do not scalp yard. Dethatching before aeration is not required but can improve overall results.

Should I apply weed killer before or after aeration?NO! You should not apply weed killer Before aeration and overseeding, it will terminate the germination process of the grass seed. You can apply weed killer/preventions After new grass has been mowed at least 2-3 times.(This includes weed & feed)

Do we as a company use or apply weed killer?No, we stricly focus on Aeration, Overseeding, and Fertlizer applications

What type of Seed do you use?We use 100% weed free tall fescue blend provided from local commerical venders. (Site one, Ewing. etc.)

What type of aerators do you use?We use a variety of aerators and spreaders. All of our aeraoters pull cores out of the soil vs only poking holes into the soil. Walk behind and stand on aerators Push and Stand on spreaders We do NOT use pull behind aeartors

What type of payment do you accept?We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Credit Card

How much should I water after service?Every morning or evening for 3-4 weeks

How long should I water after service?15-20 minutes a zone depending on weather. The main goal is to keep the seed moist, not saturated.

When can I cut the yard?Wait 3-4 weeks for grass seed to germinate. Allow new grass to be 3’’-4’’ Tall before mowing

How often should I aerate?Typically once to twice a year. Primarily in the fall and Optionally in the spring.
